Oilfield Facility for Testing and Training (OFFTAT)

• PCS is proud to present a training rig that will enable industry-wide training of personnel as well as downhole testing of tools. Among others, we envisage the following type of testing & training:

  • Testing of pipe handling systems
  • downhole testing of tools
  • training for casing crew, wireline crew & drill crew
  • snubbing and workover operations
  • well control & stripping operations

  Features of the rig include:

  • Max. pull 300,000 lbs (200,000 lbs + 50% overpull)
  • Racking for 120 stds of doubles in 3 ½" pipe (2,195m)+ racking for BHA
  • Top drive
  • Hydraulically operated
